Condition of Use: This is to inform you that the item(s) must remain in good condition upon returning. If stolen or lost, the borrower will be responsible for the cost of its replacement. The borrower must report any issues with the device to eLearning & Training Resource Centre Unit immediately. All original item(s) (iPad Pro, iPad cover, power adapter, and Type C USB cable, etc.) must be returned at the same time for inspection. Please do not leave device unattended. The iPad or laptop comes with preloaded applications; users may not download or delete apps. Please remove any personal information and sign out of any applications before returning the device.

In taking an iPad or laptop, the borrower is agreeing to the iPad & laptop Agreement. Please note the borrower will be responsible for any damage fees up to the full replacement cost of the device and the accessories. The replacement costs as of the date of this agreement is written are as follows:

باختيار استعارة الآيباد أو الكمبيوتر المحمول، يوافق المستعير على اتفاقية الآيباد والكمبيوتر المحمول. يرجى ملاحظة أن المستعير سيكون مسؤولاً عن أية رسوم تالف تصل إلى تكلفة استبدال كاملة للجهاز والملحقات. تكلفة الاستبدال حتى تاريخ هذه الاتفاقية كما هو مدونة كالتالي:

Agreement: I understand that I am responsible for this electronic device. If the device is damaged, lost, or stolen, or accessories are missing, I understand that I am responsible for all application charges. My signature below indicates that I have read, understood, and agree to the Condition of Use listed in this agreement. I agree to return the electronic devices on a timely manner.
الاتفاقية: أدرك أنني مسؤول عن هذا الجهاز الإلكتروني. إذا تضرر الجهاز أو فُقد أو تم سرقته، أو كانت هناك أي ملحقات ناقصة، أدرك أنني مسؤول عن جميع رسوم التطبيق. توقيعي أدناه يشير إلى أنني قد قرأت، فهمت، ووافقت على حالة الاستخدام المدرجة في هذه الاتفاقية. أوافق على إعادة الأجهزة

I hereby declare that the device I have received is free from any passcodes or cloud account information and is ready for use without any restrictions. I also commit to returning the device free from any sensitive information or cloud accounts, and in the event that I fail to do so, I understand that I may be subject to a fine.
أتعهد بأن الجهاز الذي تم تسليمه لي قد استلمته خالياً من أي أرقام سرية أو معلومات حساب سحابة، وأنه جاهز للاستخدام دون أي قيود. كما أتعهد بالمحافظة على هذه الشروط عند تسليم الجهاز، حيث يجب أن يكون خالياً من أي معلومات حساسة أو حسابات سحابة، وإذا كانت هناك أي مخالفة لهذه الشروط، فأنا مستعد للمسؤولية والعواقب المترتبة على ذلك، وقد يتم تغريمي بناءً على ذلك.
Note:
The borrower must request only the available device with the eLearning Unit listed above. Additional requests such as electrical extension or things that only SSD can provide, please coordinate with them.
