The program is designed for new hire service Engineers, Safety Advisors, Human Resources, Procurement and any personnel working in Drilling or Service companies. Service Rig Orientation Program for Engineers (S-ROPE) is a 15 Day (5 days a week) accelerated fast track program designed to educate and brief participants about Drilling & Workover Operations, in addition to, understanding the basic safety requirements needed to work on a well site.
