The Apprenticeship Program is designed to provide training to Saudi high school graduates to prepare them for entry-level jobs with SADA stakeholders. The program provides participants with academic and job skills training to ensure that they have the skills necessary to be successful in their future jobs.
It is my pleasure to introduce the Saudi Arabian Drilling Academy (SADA), the unique dynamic technical and academic organization which was brought about as a response to the Saudi Arabia Vision 2030 goal of offering its young generations rewarding job opportunities whereby, they could realize their individual potential, strengthen their communities and the Saudi economy.
Closing the talent gap and equipping Saudi youth with the skills needed by the drilling sector and complementing the efforts to increase the share of local content in the energy-related products and services were among the major factors for the creation of the unprecedented concept of the Saudi Arabian Drilling Academy.
